Once there, if you want to remove an item click on Remove Items, click on the box of the item you wish to remove and click on Remove Items again. This will clear the item from your order. You may also edit the quantity of your items at the Checkout or choose to continue shopping.

When you are happy with your order, click on Complete Your Order and a page will appear where you fill in your name and address details and select a shipping option. If you choose a shipping option that is not correct we will advise you and always send for the best price possible.

Once details are complete, click on Verify Order and it will be sent to our
email address. We will then send you our bank account number and confirm the cost of the order. You can then pay by internet banking or deposit the money at an ASB bank. If you do not have an ASB bank near you and would like to pay by cheque that is fine. We do not accept credit card payments.

International Orders: If you are able to pay into a New Zealand bank account or can pay via PayPal you will be able to order from us.

Shipping Information

Don't worry if you are unsure which shipping option to choose as we will always check your order and give you the most economical option. If you are a rural address, please add your RD number to your order when filling out your details. Please also add your postcode to your order as NZ Post now requires this.

POSTAGE OPTIONS

$5.50 courier: We can send courier nationwide so long as your address is not rural or a box number. If you have 12x12 inch papers and large items, or odd-shaped items, in your order then this is the option to choose. The courier requires a signature so if you are not home during the day, it can be sent to your work address. You can also request for us to put a note on your parcel asking for it to be left in a safe place without requiring a signature.

$7.50 NZ Post: If you have 12x12 inch papers and large items, or odd-shaped items, in your order and you live at a rural address in the North Island or want your parcel sent to a box number, then this is the option to choose.

$8 NZ Post: If you have 12x12 inch papers and large items, or odd-shaped items, in your order and you live at a rural address in the South Island or want your parcel sent to a box number, then this is the option to choose.

$3 courier: If you have small items and are not a rural or box number address, they may fit into a small courier bag, which is tracked and requires a signature.

$2.25 NZ Post: If you have no 12x12 inch or odd-shaped items and have ordered only flat products such as stickers then this is the option to choose. It is not tracked so it is not recommended that you choose this option if your order is worth more than around $25.

60c NZ Post: If you have few small items, such as a few eyelets or brads, then this is the option to choose.

Free Postage: We give free postage to non-rural and non-box addresses if you order more than $100 (except if you order a Cuttlebug or Cricut machine). If you are a rural or box number address we will pay for $5.50 of your postage if your order is more than $100.

Add Postage Later: If you are unsure which option to choose, you can select Add Postage Later and we will advise you of the best option once we confirm your order.
